Analysis athletic beginnings of internationally successful Czech athletes in combined events
MAŠKOVÁ, Monika
The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the athletic beginnings of internationally successful Czech (Czechoslovak) multi - event competitors. The analytical part deals with an issue of combined events (decathlon, heptathlon) using specialized literature and also an outline of historical and current multi - event competitors. Furthermore this thesis deals with a multi - combat typology or a matter of early specialization and training related to the development. Ensemble of Czech (Czechoslovak) international important multi -combatants and their characteristics is described in the synthetic part. Internationally important multi-combatants stand for those who completed multi-combat at an international athletic event. The ensemble is divided into groups according to whether they won a medal, whether they participated in an international event or whether they were successful in both of the youth and adult categories. Basic bio and information about sports beginnings is added to each multi-event competitor. Furthermore, their performance from the beginning of their multi-combat career till the end is shown in the graph and tables. One of the main findings of thesis is that multi - event competitors from a selected ensemble were initially engaged in different sport or in another sport aktivity in combination with athletics. The outcome of this diploma thesis serves the purpose of identification of various possibilities for further athletic career development. The content of the diploma thesis can explain some facts. This diploma provides context in the performance development of the best multi - event competitors in the Czech Republic.
Sprinter's training
Ptáčníková, Hana ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
Title: Sprinter's training Objectives: Determine the dynamics of performance and assess training load in the stage of specialized training. Try to find out why the training load contributed to the expected growth performance in the periods 2009 - 2010 and 2012 - 2013 and that the training load was consistent with model values. Methods: In the thesis I used the method of content analysis, comparative method, a method of self-reflection, self-analysis and objectification. Results: In performance analysis, we found out that the highest efficiency in running the 100m was achieved in 2012 and running the 200 m in 2009. Values of training load comparing to model values are average or below average, only the speed endurance values were above average. The main reason for the decline in performance in 2009 - 2010 and 2012 - 2013 were health problems as a result of lack of regeneration and psychological problems arising from unfulfilled performance aspirations. Keywords: athletics, sprint, special stage sprint training, performance development
Analysis of the training load and the performance development of the female runners at the stage of specialized training
Franková, Aneta ; Červinka, Pavel (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Analysis of the training load and the performance development of the female runner athlete stage of specialized training. Aims: The main aim of this thesis was the analysis of the training load of female runner athlete sage of specialized training in three preparatory periods 2012-2015. Then compare them to professional literature dealing with given theme, answer research questions and formulate conclusions. Methods of work: This thesis was created using content analysis method from three preparation periods and the professional literature. For the mutual comparison and comparison with professional literature was used comparative method. Results: Preparation compare to professional literature have bigger volume of work to the detriment of intense. Training was adequate to age, heading towards performance development and in the area of special preparation does not exceed recommended model characteristics. The biggest reserve is in area of regeneration and speed conditioning. Key words: training load, performance development, stage of specialized training
Decathlete training
Lukáš, Marek ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Hojka, Vladimír (referee)
DECATHLON TRAINING Thesis objectives: The aim of the thesis was to describe an actual performance process, to characterize an athletic training in its three stages, and to analyse in more detail a training in the last three years training cycles. The other aim was an evaluation of the last three seasons, searching for unbalanced results, and estimation of further performance possibilities. Methods: The methods used in the thesis were description, comparison and analysis. Results: We found out the individual training cycles are consistent to a large extent. The performance had a rising tendency almost to the final training cycle; nevertheless, the performance according to possible performance potential heretofore was not achieved. Better results are achieved in individual competitions, than in the whole decathlon. Keywords: decathlon, training, performance

Heptathle's Training. Autoanalysis of performance development and training.
Klučinová, Eliška ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
HEPTATHLONIST'S TRAINING Objectives: The main objective of this work is to evaluate my performance development in relation to the training completed. The second objective is to find opportunities for further performance enhancement. Tasks: Analysis and evaluation of the performance development and training volume based on the training diary data. Analysis and evaluation of the technique of single disciplines in combined events using video recordings and kinograms. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: The analysis of the performance development since 2003 discloses a gradual increase in performance in relation to the training completed. My strongest disciplines in heptathlon proved to be high jump, javelin throw and 800m run. The training analysis suggests further possibilities in performance enhancement. In particular it involves the development of technical skills in hurdle race, shot put, long jump and javelin. Further the development of physical condition, especially the explosive power, special force and speed. Keywords: Heptathlon, performance, training, sport technique, training indicators
